This means that you can come to us directly with your complaints, without a prescription and without a prior visit to the doctor. In this case, we will take care of the diagnosis and treatment. 1. Wear comfortable clothes and bring a large towel to your appointment.

2. Arrive on time for every appointment. Please arrive 10 minutes early before your first appointment so that you can register at the practice without any time pressure. Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian for their first appointment.

3. Note for those with statutory health insurance: Please note the co-payment obligation. You pay ten percent of the treatment costs plus ten euros per prescription – payable directly at the practice in cash or by card.

If you are unable to keep your appointment, please cancel it at least 24 hours in advance by telephone or via Doctolib. We charge a cancellation fee for missed appointments or appointments canceled too late (according to §615 BGB).

1. You have the option of extending appointments (which run via the prescription) to 40 minutes. This only requires a private co-payment.
